Integral Life Practice (ILP) is an approach to well-being, awareness and transformation that works unsurprisingly Integrally!
Rather than just focus on merely one aspect of the Self, ILP brings a whole and balanced approach to realising the full spectrum of your being. Fascinated not like so many because of the danger aspect to it or because of how irresponsible those in the programme were being for doing what they have (and will continue to do) such as reported in Metro News or Cambridge News. But as I sat there, all I could see, was the understanding that has come from the last few years of studying Integral Theory and the work of David Deida. I felt great compassion for James and the others and had a real urge to want to talk to them about what I know and compare it to their experience of the hanging and free climbing they engage in.
