I have a wonderful interview for you today with Helen Dobra, the co-founder and co-ordinator of the Natural Therapy Institute, organiser of the Bowen Global Summit and producer of the Bowen documentary "These Two Hands" which takes a beautiful exploration through the Life of Tom Bowen.

Helen talks about how she found Bowen as a way of dealing with injuries acquired through her Himalayan adventures and how it was important in her road to recovery and how this led to exploring trauma release through the TRTP system and the trauma work of Anne Schubert, and becoming a Qigong teacher and mindfulness mentor, working with many teenagers to help with their ADHD and PTSD.
