Today I am speaking with Russell Sturges, the founder and developer of Fascial Kinetics, perhaps the original offshoot from the initial form of Bowen Technique taught by Bowtech.

Russel explores his early start in the world of bodywork from doing osteopathic massage as a teenager, through to the training and development that lead him to found Fascial Kinetics.

We then explore more about his mindfulness, personal and spiritual development programs and why he feels these are so essential to being an effective practitioner. We also discuss some of his books and his work with the Tarot and it's value in personal development.

This is a really fascinating interview with a deeply aware teacher, well worth your time and attention.
