I had a great chat with the founder of Soul Medicine Festival Alex Dudgon.

Alex wanted to have a chat ahead of my attendance at this year's Soul Medicine Festival, which is held in Church Stretton, Shropshire 26th - 28th May 2023, where I will be offering Bowen Technique sessions, talking about kinesiology and sharing LifeForce Qigong practice.

We discussed my life story, a brief introduction to kinesiology as well as how and why I will be rubbing shoulders with Wim Hof, Vandana Shiva, and Russell Brand this summer.

We also chatted about travelling and the valuable life lessons we've been fortunate enough to take from our time overseas. We went on to talk about the political landscape and how our current system is not supportive of good physical or mental health, to say the least. In addition to that, I advocated for empowering ourselves and focusing on our response to the outside world rather than simply hoping the outside world will change in our favour.
