Interviewing Alastair Mcloughlin on MSTR & the Art of Bodywork

Hello again everyone,

I am really pleased to bring my next interview with leading voices in the Bowen and bodywork world.
Today we are talking to Alastair McLoughlin, ex-Bowen Teacher and developer of McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release and The Art of Bodywork training.

Alastair has a long career, starting in massage in 1983, and after building a highly successful practice, went on to qualify in Bowen Technique in 1994.
He was invited to teach for the Bowen Academy of Australia in 1997. He went on to develop his own range of techniques, with his particular interest in the effect of scars on body function and the developments he worked through in the clinic which became his Art of Bodywork classes.

His practical and no-nonsense approach to bodywork has made him a leading voice in our industry and this is a great interview to get to know his work.
