In this episode, I'm grateful to be joined by John Wilks of Our Birth Journey, a well-known and well-regarded teacher of Bowen for many years who gave attended the BTPA AGM in 2023 and gave a fascinating workshop on considerations around pregnancy and birth for mother and baby.

It was great to talk more with John about his work and the importance of his work with expectant mothers and how important Bowen Technique can be for both mother and baby post-birth. Which also underpins the importance of the CPD workshops we offer at the BTPA AGM. This is a really interesting discussion.
