My interview with Ross Emmett, exploring the development of EMMETT Technique for the BTPA

Welcome to the next of my interviews looking at leading voices in the world of Bowen Technique and physical therapy.

I am really excited to share this next instalment, where I interview Ross Emmett, who many of you will know as the founder of EMMETT Technique.

Ross has also been involved in the development of Bowen Technique and taught for 8 years from 1988 and shared the evolving forms of his technique, which began before he knew any body therapy, with many of the early pioneers of Bowen, some of whom considered Ross's work "The missing link" in Bowen.

Ross talks about his work with animals and how that was the initial place his work began and how that still forms an important part of his work today. We also talk about how your clothes and objects you wear (such as watches) can significantly unbalance the body.

This was a really interesting interview to conduct and I am really grateful to Ross for being so open about his history. There is certainly much to learn from his work and I hope you will enjoy this as much as I did.
