If you go a little further back in the blog archives you'll find my first interview with Hilary Stock on her practice of Psychosynthesis.

At the time I knew that Hilary was undertaking research into over-eating for her Masters Degree.

That is now completed and Hilary successfully passed her degree and her research showed up some interesting information.

I sat down with Hilary the other week to discuss this and talk about how psychosynthesis can be of support to people who suspoect they are over-eating for emotional reasons.
