It was a great gain for us at Centre for Integral Health to have Acupuncturist and medical herbalist Amanda Bedding join the team in December. She has already made quite an impact and a great contribution to the Centre. I took this opportunity to talk to her about her approach to acupuncture and how it aligns with some of the integral values we favor at the Centre.

It really is great for me to get to chat to people who really understand the complexity of factors that can impact on health and how only a big picture of what is happening for people will help them truly create a healthy life. We discussed the difference between a symptom based approach and causal approach and how dry needling differs significantly from a full Chinese medical process.
