One of the things I really love about using an Integral approach to health is that you get to hear about more ways of skinning the proverbial health cat to make it lean and lovely.
In this episode of my integral health podcasts, Amanda Vernalls talks about how she recovered from debilitating anxiety and depression through using yoga and meditation and now offers 1-2-1 practice and guidance for others using the same methods.
I love Amanda's open and genuine attitude to herself and life and how she balances being a single mum with being able to offer the practices which continuing to care for herself and her children.
