Why is mindful movement so beneficial for body/mind health?

I'm really grateful that I was invited by Elaine Godley and Jessica Prime to give a webinar to the Perfect Health Club on Why Mindful Movement is Beneficial to Body/Mind Health.

I take time to explore a little of my integral philosophy and my history in using Qigong to help and support myself. I then go onto explore how LifeForce Qigong, the system developed by my brother Simon Calder, has made a significant contribution to my life, health and wellness both in physical and mental levels. When looking at Body/Mind health, the pragmatic process of LifeForce Qigong, is recognising and giving equal attention to both aspects as having a contribution to each other. I look at how this can help improve the tone of our vagus nerve and why that is relevant in health.
