It's a bold statement, I agree, but one that we should be thinking about more. When something genuinely excites us because of how much we can feel we will get from it, the response from our bodies is not only significant, but induces greater levels of health and well being.

It was a really enjoyable experience for me to be invited onto Tracy Jones' Talking Business show on Calon FM on Thursday 12th March 2015 for a chance to talk about my development as a therapist, the Centre for Integral Health and our Crowdfunder Campaign and other health topics.

If there is one area that many people involved in self development feel that they have to work, its in the Spirit module. As one of many possible lines of development, the collective that could all be grouped as MIND is quite extensive, at least two dozen options of self development that are not strictly about Body, Spirit or Shadow. In this post we will be examining the importance of having dedicated practices just for the development of the mind.
